Attalla City Schools will host a flu vaccination clinic at each school on October 13, 2025. If you would like your student to receive a flu vaccine, please have them obtain a consent form from their school's front office. A parent or guardian must complete and sign the form to authorize the student's participation in the clinic, which will be conducted at school by Health Hero. Please return the completed consent form by October 8th. For further information, please contact your school nurse.
